Statement of the Management Boards of LUMEL S.A. in Zielona Góra and MICROSYS, spol. s r.o. in Ostrava regarding the acquisition by LUMEL S.A. of 100% of shares in MICROSYS, spol. s r.o.
On August 6, 2024, LUMEL S.A. acquired 100% of shares in MICROSYS, spol. s r.o., whose main business activity is the development and sale of PROMOTIC software together with services. The system PROMOTIC represents a modern SCADA software. It is used to build automation systems. It makes possible visualization, reporting and archiving of processes. Prepared reports can be published on the website, allowing access to information via the Internet.

Lumella & Lumelus
The idea of creating Lumel’s own Bacchus figures emerged several years ago. Their unveiling, however, was tied to a special occasion – the 70th anniversary of Lumel (1953–2023) and the 700th anniversary of Zielona Góra’s city rights. In 2023, two new figures joined the Bacchus family: Lumelus and Lumella, representing Lumel Alucast Sp. z o.o. and Lumel S.A., respectively.
